New member from southern md, turbo 01 yukon underway!

Hey all! This is my first lsx truck build, but probably my 10th lsx build. I picked up the truck last week, from va beach, it was for sale as a part out thread but I was able to buy the whole truck. It's a 2001 yukon 2wd with 117,000 miles on the odometer, and a blown 4l60. The 4.8 in the truck runs flawlessly, but is being yanked for a l33 (aluminum block 5.3) and will be backed by a built 4l80e, with circle d billet multi disc converter. The turbo setup I currently have for it consists of a gt45, but will eventually be ditched for a s475 when summer comes. I've already got some parts piling up for it, including ls7 lifters, ls9 head gaskets, brute speed turbo grind cam, new valvesprings, and pushrods, along with a set of 22" hre 647r's. Stay tuned for the build!

OH! And by the way, I picked up the truck for $1,000 with a clean title!

The catch is whoever owned it because me painted the interior, so I need to find new door panels and a dash, but I'm not too worried about that since I'll be selling the 4.8, that should be more than enough to cover the new interior pieces.

Very nice you got a great deal on that truck. How's the body?

The body isn't bad at all. It's been repainted white, but it's not hateful. There's two dings on the truck in total. I plan on having the truck wrapped in either flat white pearl, or flat pearl grey, I haven't decided on which yet. My jeep is all black, so id like to do this one flat white to break the two up a bit lol
