If your automotive electrical diagnosing skills aren't up to par, find someone you trust who can do that for you. Otherwise this could be a long road to properly diagnose your issue via the innerweb like this.

If you are handy with a multimeter, then go to town on it and report back to us so we can do a better job at helping you out here.

You have lice and fleas as we say in Germany....

The thing with the coolant and cranking but not starting is one thing.

The electrical problems something else .

The electrics need cleaning of the ground points. as already written and the engine needs diagnostics.

If there was a lack of oil and coolant, that sounds like a cylinder head gasket.

How does the oil look on the oil cap? Is there light brown foam? What does the coolant look like? is there oil in it?

And as Or VietVet wrote, you should look at the spark plugs and do a compression test.
