Hello all.

Just picked up a nice 99 Yukon 4WD, and then a 99 Suburban 2500 4WD for parts. A guy around here in Mesa AZ had swapped out the spring pack and the torsion bars (and crossmember) from a 2500 into his 98 Tahoe, and that's my plan. It sits about 2" higher and fits 33's real well.

So I've got this whole 2500 Sub in my driveway - what else should I pull off to put on my half-ton? I'm going to keep the Tcase for future use when my autotrac self-destructs. It's got the 14-bolt out back but I'm not sure about going to 8lugs up front too. I am going to sell off the 454 and 4L80E too (see CL if you're local).

Excited to get into this build up, and hopefully have some fun with a vintage 99!

Thanks for any advice!

I would swap the burb engine and 4l80e Trans into your yukon if you don't care about mileage.
