Thank you for the help and welcomes guys! The connector for the headlight switch was ok; pushed on it a little more for good luck. And the connector for the turn signal was ok, pushed on it as well. But I think the perpetrator showed it's true colors; the serpentine belt shredded and the idler bearing lost it's ball bearings. (The idler that isn't mounted on the spring tensioner.) After replacing the serpentine belt and idler the lights are back to normal.

Thanks for coming back and following up! That was a long hiatus! I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a follow up over 4 years later, nice. :)
