Really?! And their vehicles are Tahoes/Yukons? I'll check into it more, thanks Steve. I know that the Sierra/Silverado owners have to do that but their USB ports are in a different location so I thought that made a difference.

I was able to locate the USB input part as well as its data cable...but I don't know what to do from there.

And Bryan - the VCIM is the OnStar module; if you find and buy a module that fits your truck (I can give you a part number) and it has Bluetooth, it is a direct swap. I think you may lose OnStar's handsfree calling but it retains all the emergency services while adding Bluetooth to your truck.

Is the Onstart VCIM the module behind the glove box? Would love to have that part number Zachary! Lay it out here if you have it and it's no trouble. Is this aftermarket or later year OEM?
