Yeah he has alot more clearance with his 295/30/24 tires. My 305/30/26 are around 1.5" taller than his tire which fills in the fender more.

Not that it's a huge difference but my tires are 285/35R24. Your setup is still roughly 1.3" bigger over all then mine.

Hah thanks for the help red02chevy and also Modded. :)

May I inquire a little further?

1. If I eventually decide to go the esky handle route, is it a simple swap or do I need to actually change the key to the car? I'm guessing the front locks are part of the handles. Also, have you guys seen those Depo (or other brand) chrome covers? Do they look cheap on or is it a valid alternative?

2. I am really, and I mean REALLY, loving the de-molded/de-badge look. Can you guys tell me what it took to achieve that so cleanly. I'm guessing neither of you are the type of guys to take a hair drier and a cheap solvent and hope for the best. :) What is the best way to remove all that and keep the paint looking as pristine as you have.

As always thanks for any help.

PS. red02chevy, you have nice things ... dinner obviously on thee at the next TYF convention. :)

This is what I use.

To remove the actual trim and emblems I'll lightly heat it and use some fishing line between the paint and emblem.

On the handles it's very very easy to swap them out and you just remove your lock cylinder and put them in the new handles. I go as far as buying my replacement light bulbs from the dealership so aftermarket covers aren't acceptable.

I still have the autoride struts and I took the fox shocks off and put the autoride shocks back on the rear because I ordered custom King shocks for it. I have the autoride compressor and all that unplugged though.

I am using them on something else but if you want some shocks that are very similar but have correct mounting to use your factory bolts and everything and come in chrome let me know and I will lead you in the right direction. :Handshake:

I was thinking about some KING shocks they make as coils for the fronts and piggy-backs in the rear. You know anything about those?
