Just had a great system put in a 1997 Tahoe LT. I'm just looking for peoples opinions in the system that I had installed. Everything thats installed is Rockford Fosgate except the head unit is a Sony. The SUB is a P1L2X12 Punch Dual 12" 300W Loaded 300W RMS 600 MAX. I have two sets of door speakers and they are P1653 Punch Series 6.5 3 way 60W RMS 120W MAX in the front doors and T152 Power Series 5.25 2 way 60W RMS 120W MAX in the back doors. I have a P400-1 Punch 400Watt Mono Block hooked up to the Sub and a P400-4 Punch 400Watt 4-Channel Amp hooked up to the speakers. The reason that I'm asking for peoples opinios is that I'd like to know from people who are qualified what they think of this system. The other question that I have is that the Amps are under the back seats, one under each seat. The amps are attached to the floor and i was wondering if something should be put under the amp that way its not directly on the floor. I'm just thinking in case the carpet was to get wet. Thanks for any INPUT

it would be better if you mounted the amps on a amp rack.......and what everyone else thinks of your system shouldnt matter...Do you like it do you think it sounds good and clean if you do then it doesnt matter what others think it sounds like a small but nice lil setup...pics???

Sounds like a good start. Leave some room for more amps and 2 or 4 more 12's!

Sounds like a great little setup. Rockford is always good quality stuff.

For your amps, but a thin piece of wood under them and you'll be good.
