Exhaust area,
Check the firing order and make sure you didn't mix up any wires.

Also did you compare your old plug to the new ones to make sure the tip was the same length. If they are shorter they might not be far enough into the combustion chamber.

OBS Jedi-Do Good
If you tune up is correct then you may be dumping to much fuel in there thru the injection assembly. I take it this started exactly when the tune up was done?

Can you get your hands on a fuel pressure gauge to run some test? Would take about an hour.
dumb question, are the fuel lines ok? It may be a non-tune up related problem. I have driven myself crazy chasing issues that weren't really there. I always eliminate the obvious first.
