Need a WHOLE lot more info. Need to know what speakers you are running before you can get an amp.

If you're going to do this- do it right and start by picking your speakers and sub.

What are your goals for the system? Do you want great sound quality or just heavy bass?

Also budget comes into play- there are great options for most any budget. Are you going to do the install or pay someone?

You want it done right regardless as the install will make or break any system no matter what you spend on amps and speakers- if the install is crap then it doesn't matter what you have in there.

You'll then need to level match the amp to the speakers in terms of power.

Having more headroom(xtra power) on reserve is always a good thing but be careful of the gains. They are not volume knobs.

You'll also need a Dsp or line out converter to grab signal from.

There are great deals on equipment online.
Hope that helps
