I haven't settled on a lift yet, but from what I have read I'll have no choice but to delete MRC. Right now the top contender for the lift is the BDS kit but I really don't like the price tag.

That’s pretty much exactly what I have come up with as well. That price tag is hard to swallow.

What I don't understand yet is why the MRC links can't be extended and the system left in tact but I'm sure there is a reason.

I’m sure someone who actually knows what they are talking about will chime in, but I think from what I’ve gathered is that you can and fabtech makes a lift that works with Mrc, it just rides like a tank. Deleting the mrc and put a standard shock on it brings back a nicer smoother ride, some say like factory, some say better. This is all heresay and I don’t actually have experience or know what I’m talking about.
