Those are cut to facilitate the installation of a partition. Had similar holes in the B-Pilar’s on our ‘12 Caprice. Got new panels from GM Direct for reasonable prices. Of course I then drilled holes in the driver’s side panel to mount my in-car holster.

So a little update. I am loving this truck. I know hooked up a Bike carrier hitch so I can go Mountain biking now and don't have to shove it in the back of the truck and try and fold the seats down.

I also put a 31 inch light bar in the grill and this might have been overboard lol

Its a NMO antenna.

I recently did a Trans drain and fill. The tranny fluid looked good when I dumped it.

Got a P0796 code for solenoid #3 sticking.

It's been a little over 4 years, are you still around? What happened with the transmission?
