If your truck was black, I'd say consider it (though it's not an easy task, from what I understand). But, I think that the mirrored look of the stock lights is appropriate for your truck's color. I think it flows well as is.

My biggest reason for not doing it so far was time. I was thinking if I did do it, it would be late this summer when I am riding my bike everyday.

My other thought was...I don't intend on getting rid of all the chrome, so they will still look ok.

How did you drill out the nuts for the roof rack? Did you have to access them by removing the headliner?

What do the Nissan 20in steel wheels look like?

Truck looks great but those fender vents make it look cheap.

I don't like the fender vents either, but the truck was clean and I liked the two tone paint. Never would have guessed the damn things were riveted to the fender!

The Nissan steelies look like any other steel hub cap style wheel, but with them at 20" they have less tire than a 17" chevy wheel and they were $50 each new.

The roof rail nuts won't come out with out drilling them out. They are a clinch nut. Meaning when they are installed they wedge to the inside of the roof. I just drilled off the head on the top side and they fell into the headliner. You could remove the headliner if you did not want them to drop into the space between the headliner and roof. Just use a drill bit larger than a 6mm bolt threads and you will be fine.

.

Thats sucks that they are stuck on there.

Where did you get the wheels for $50 new? They probably weigh less than the 07 Tahoe aluminum 20s I have right now.

I got them off eBay, but there is a website that sells them for $75. They are factory on the Infiniti QX56.
