Just got these put on this past weekend, reproductions esky 22's with Nitto 420s 305/40r22. Just wanted to share..

Looks good! Thinking I want to go with the Marinellos more each day!

These arent Marinellos, i wish they were. These are from factoryreproductions.com. got them from discount tire for 2190$ out the door with tires and sensors.

Here's a question, was told that i dont need a wheel alignment since there pretty much the same height. true?

Just swapping rims and tires doesn't change your alignment. If you've already had a proper/correct alignment, it should not change alignment until something in the suspension wears out or is damaged. Alignment doesn't change. The only thing that changes it is wear or damage.
