Im new here sorta, lookin around for the last week. Got a 02 tahoe ls. Only mod is a headunit, black out grill bowtie, and ************ tint all around. seen alot of good ideas and good people and am ready to start workin on her immediately. this weekend im puttin in 2 l7 15's, kicker components, hifonics brutus amp for the subs, and hifonics zeus for the components. i seen the dual battery mounted in the engine compartment. i like that! i need to build a bracket for my 2nd battery cuz its not normal size, its about half the size. any ideas??? i wanna take the door trim off this weekend. she is the tan color but i would like to get rid of all chrome and do a black and tan theme. fixin to buy 24'' rims for it.....whos running what size tire on 4's wit no rub or any issue? also lookin into doin a drop 1/3.... sorry bout the long intro, but not new to forums (active member at a bike forum), hopin.....matter fact i know im gonna receive alot of ideas.....

Yeah, i have a tan 05 Suburban and i want to pull off all my door trim to , but i am worried about a slight color difference under the trim!!

Thats my next plan is to pull my side moldings off. Ive seen a bunch of threads on here talking about it. Im just waiting for a warm, dry day to do it. and also a day where i dont have anything else to do

I wouldnt worry about the color difference. Mine is an 01 demolded in 09 and my colors still look fine. My friend who does body work said red fades faster then most colors to. Go for it.
