Newbie dumb question….

Tried to search the forum and owners manual with no luck but wasn’t exactly sure what to search for lol. Can someone tell me what these flat plastic disks with elastic band attached are behind my 2nd row? 2010 Denali. Thanks in advance and excuse the newbieness.

For the seat belts when kids are using them. It keeps the shoulder belt from being too high on them

Called safety belt comfort guides and are in section 3-22 of my owners manual.
