Can I get 1.5" off the stock keys?

Any threads on how to crank stock keys?

Thanks

You should get about an inch out of stock keys.

1. Measure fender heights
2. jack up the truck
3. Go under your truck and find the crossmember that the torsion bars go into.
4. Grab a wrench and crank until the bolt bottoms out
5. Lower the truck back down and measure again
6. If all is good get our truck aligned.

Its not that hard. It takes 15 min

Right on. Thanks a lot Steve.

And if I wanted to put in a leveling kit with bigger keys, pretty much same thing?

kinda....

A lift helps

1. measure fenders and lift up truck
2. Use a proper puller to remove bolts from keys
3. Remove key from torsion bar, may require heat or air hammer. (i had to torch mine off)
4. Insert new key onto bar
5. Use puller to drive bolt back into key
6. Drop, measure, and crank is needed.

the back is a little more work but easier

1. Lift truck
2. remove bottom shock bolt
3. remove sway bar endlinks
4. Place support under rear, once you remove the shock bolts the axle will drop
5. Remove dif. breather.
6. remove brake cable clip
7. remove coils
8. Place spacer on the BOTTOM of the coil
9. Slide the coil back in
10. Bolt everything back up
