Nathan, congrats from brand new father myself - I just had my first (girl) back on 3/2 and the hospital baby attire in your pic is fresh in my memory. I can't for the life of me believe how much change occurs in a 4 week window.

Great pic! Having three is a little bit of an adjustment 
my older two boys (5 and 2 1/2) LOVE their baby brother but now they bicker amongst each other more than they used to. Hopefully that'll go away once the newness wears off but we shall see.
