To the OP, take the advice from those of us who have gone down that same road and learned that those housings are nothing more than a doorstop. Mine looked the best when they were installed in my garbage can and hauled away. Good riddance! I have a hid projector retro and will never go back. they do project down the road, but more importantly the width they provide allow you to see both sides of the roadway...lots of deer hit where I travel, they have saved me a couple times already.
