I've got a stainless steel guage overlay kit for a 2007-2008 truck for sale with the blue backing. Part number is: SS TAH 07 01B. It is brand new and never been installed. This kit is NOS from 2007. Comes with cloth gloves and the gauge needle remover tool. Costs $200 new asking $120 shipped to your door. Picture of actual item:

It's pretty easy actually, just remove the gauge cluster and take the lens off. Then move the needles down and pop them off. Remove the stock overlay and install the new one then plug the cluster in to reset the motors and reinstall the needles. Then put everything else back together. There's a very detailed video on USSpeedo's web site that even explains how to take the dash apart if you've never done it before.
