NNBS: where to get replacement gears for power seat / stripped teeth

my driver side seat does not work in the recline mode,

I can hear the motor running, then it overheats, and stops running.

took the bottom of the seat apart, and the gear was busted up, and the broken parts had jammed in the teeth.

the plastic gear is pressed on to the screw shaft, so i took the whole shaft & lever set up out

how/what do I get to replace it?

will dealer have in it stock?

welp, the dealer had the part...oh, wait, still HAS the part, because I did not buy it.

you have to buy the whole seat bottom assembly from the dealer.
I am off to ebay, somebody has to have one that is broke in a different place than mine, and i will buy that, and get what i need off it.

Gruven parts makes replacement gears out of brass. A little work to put in but far cheaper.

Sweet! Looks nice. Well, I will buy a set of the brass, replace the broken ones. Put it back in and sell the "new" one!

I've got a driver seat I'm literally going to throw away due to gun wear (PPV seat). It's power. I'm happy to pull whatever you need... Just pay shipping.
