i chaged the master cylinder as well when the brakes were bleed we used a bleeder and the brake bads were wagner pads and shoes
Wait. You mentioned changing the master cyl, but didn't mention bleeding the ABS pump. Probably air in the lines as BowtieFreak said.
Our shop cycles my ABS pump by using the hoist to only lift the rear of the truck, leaving the front wheels on the ground, then putting it in drive, and hitting the brakes. The fronts are not moving because they are still on the ground so the ABS pump cycles. Do that a few times, and then re bleed your lines.
