No defrost...bad actuator or blend door

I need to pick some of your brains when it comes to the hvac controls on my 01 Tahoe...I'm not sure if I need a new blender door or actuator to get my defrost to work on the dash. As of now the heat works great but no matter which setting I turn it to, heat only blows out of the 4 vents...I get nothing out of the dash or down by my feet

Also can someone tell me the location where the actuator and blend door are located? I know there's something down by the brake pedal, just not sure what it's called. I also tried resetting the hvac which did nothing

That one is located on the drivers side of the center console up under the dash. It’s easy to fix and I have one sitting here brand new I’ll make you a deal on. I bought it for mine but it ended up being the control board.
