i know it sounds weird what part breaks what function but it happens.

I just replaced the headlight switch with a brand new one and still have the same problem so it's deep then just the switch I guess. It's time to do some volt meter work

Just a update. I'm thinking its the multi function switch column switch. But in the mean time I just stopped in to autozone and pick up a fuse block and extra wire and run my own power from the head light switch found a hot wire when the switch for the head light SHOULD be on and tapped into it then ran a wire from there to the head light socket and tapped into the hot side. And now everything works good even the fogs. They much be on the same circuit as the head lights.
