Now i just have to figure out how to get the cluster out.

take off the trim bezel around the entire dash. You'll have to put the key, set the parking brake, and put it in 1st gear (shifter all the way down) to get it pull off. Then just unscrew the 4 screws holding the assembly in place. Pull it out a little bit, and undo the wiring harness plugged into the back. Once the cluster is out, just work your way around the edges and undo all the black tabs to take it completely apart.
