Ok I have a 02 yukon and my brother has a 03 z71 hoe. We tried 3 different amps with 2 different speakers and we aren't getting power to the sub but it shows the amps are powered. The only amp to work was a boss, anybody know why? We both have pioneer radios to. The amps and subs worked in 2 other vehicles (sierra and kia)

If you have power and you know the equipment works, then it's gotta be signal.

Thanks, we've figured it out the speaker wire was no good so we put in some new wire and had the hook ups into the box wrong. It was shorting out the wire.
