No power at the diagnostic port

I went to get some my check engine light looked at and the scanner said there is no power to the port. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or some way for me to figure out which wires do what?

Check the cigar fuse.

Your 1994 does not use a powered port like OBD2. It is OBD1 you short the diagnostic terminal to ground to activate the sequence. If you are referring to you 2003 truck then check the fuse labelled "cigar" in the under hood power box.
