No RES or Rear AC controller power

I just bought a 2007 Tahoe LT (Head unit is navigation w/ rear backup camera.) There is absolutely no power to the rear entertainment system controller / rear AC controller. The aux power button from the head unit controls the rear air perfect, but there is nothing displayed on the rear controller. I have checked every fuse via Ohm meter and they all appear good (Under hood and door panel.) Is there a particular one to look at for proper connection or some other issue that needs to be addressed?
