My mechanic at work has an extra set of 20"s , good looking and enough tread on them to get me through summer.
But, he said he doesn't believe they have the sensors in them. I assume I would just have to deal with the light being on until I put have them put in?

Also, how is overall ride quality on 20"s ? I currently have the stock 17s

Yep you will have warning light and/ or message on the D.I.C. until you put sensors in. Ride quality is just fine. Currently running 275/55/20's with no complaints.
