No Sound, Aftermarket HU, Amp and door speakers

Hello Everyone. Im having issues with my brothers sound system not getting any sound. With the volume turned up to the max you can barely hear something come out of the front driver side. Here's how its wired:

Sony Xav-ax1000 HU front and rear RCA's to Kenwood KAC-M1814 4 Channel Amp. Amp speaker harness wired to PAC OEM-1 unit. PAC OEM-1 unit to stock HU plug. Stock Amp Bypass harness at the stock amp location. Doesn't include sub or rear pillar speakers since a different amp and sub will be wired at a later time.

Theres power to the amp. theres 12 v to the yellow and blue/White wires. i can feel it get a bit warm after a few minutes.

Test power wires to amp at different key positions. You are checking for which is remote turn on and which is power. A diagram or PNP harness would usually prevent this problem.
