I'm not getting any voltage to the passenger side ballast. I'm going to check the wire for damage. Is there a common wear area that I should check first?

first place you should look is the relay and fuse, driver and passenger have a separate fuse, then check for continuity between the fuse and bulb socket (or ballast connector in your case), also verify the socket has ground, if no ground there could be a open relay, generally gm likes to cut the ground to the low beam when you switch to high beam so if you have high beam and no low beam could be a bad relay or something of that nature.I'm not getting any voltage to the passenger side ballast. could be several things, like maybe the fuse just gave out, or if a circuit got wet and shorted if it rained really heavy or you went thru a car wash.Thank you for the help. It was as simple as the fuse. Now I just need to figure out why it blew.
