Noise from the rear end

Ok here is my dilemma. Seems the more I take care of my truck the more problems I get. After doing her a oil change Mobil 1 oil and filter I change the plugs too, today when i was doing about 15mph I notice every time I would step in the gas I would hear a taping noise coming from the rear. Now my truck is a 03 but this thing rides smooth and quite so I notice this right away. It only does it in 2nd gear about 15mph only if i hit the gas kind of hard. Could it be something major or not.

Time to start investigating. Loose suspension part can cause noises, its shifting under the load of throttle. Otherwise time to pop the cover on the rearend.
