noise when backing up

i have a few hunches on this but i just want to hear some input. i got a 95 tahoe. when i put it in reverse and start to move and then turn it will making almost what sounds to be a popping/clicking noise and every now and then it will make a very loud metallic ping noise. no other noises any other time only when backing up and turning. what does this sound like to you?

what were you thinking if it was lowered retorq?

my brother has a lowered colorado that makes a noise when backing up and turning and we lowered it a lot, but dont know the cause of it

thats where it sounds like its coming from what causes that? im not about to stick my head or someone elses under there lol

nope they are all the same size. haha and i figured it doesnt sound good. it only does it some times. it never did it once today
