Noise when pushing or letting off brakes

I did a search and couldn't find anything on this so if i missed it please point me to it. This morning when coming to a stop or letting off the brakes i heard what sounded like a clunking sound. It sounds like it's coming from the drivers side and almost like it's right under my seat or in the vicinity of my seat area. It's not a long duration of a sound, it's a clunk and then there is no other clunk after that. Any ideas?

My 04 and my 02 Hoe's do the same thing. I come to a stop, let off the brake and it clunks. Only seems to do it when the vehical is on a incline or a decent.

It did it driving into work yesterday but hasn't done it since then. Maybe we're the only one to experience this.
