Non Marring Lug Nut Socket Question

Is the actual socket broke or just the outer plastic sleeve on that?

I believe just the outer sleeve. The socket itself is supposed to be impact rated.

If you have the touch, I do, you can control the air powered impact or the battery powered impact to spin down snug and then use the torque wrench, as you should.

I’m sure I’d catch myself not paying attention as usual and Zing!

I have the set from Harbor Frieght and use them all the time with my Impact so far so good ....

Some people should not have Impact wrenches. There is a Time and place for them, but Limited.

I always use these torque extensions so you don't over tighten
