So I'm going to ask this with more regards as to where to take the vehicle.
So I am a mechanic. (just putting it out there).

I'm currently in Portugal until Feb. Now my drives our (her) Tahoe everyday to work. Now as some of you know we lived in SC until Jan. The truck has never had a starting issue till this week. The wife has had to jump it everyday to get to work.
The truck does have an amp, 2 headrest monitors, and aftermarket head unit installed. It was all installed a couple week after we bought the hoe new.
So I cant do anything until i get there for vacation in Aug. Do you guys think the audio might have something to do with it or the heat in Las Vegas just killed the battery.

Yea it suck trying to troubleshoot from info the wife is giving me and I'm half the world away. I just don't like people touching my vehicles!!

Sorry for the long post, but i wanted to give all the facts i could:chair:

So i figured i would give you all an update. So the wife took the truck to the dealer and found out the battery was shot. That was what i figured was wrong. But the service rep was trying to tell my wife that a batter was not covered under warranty. Well that was until I got on the phone. Well the truck only has 29k on it. So a 2012 with 29k and the battery is not covered. dont think so. So after i got on the phone, it took 30 sec for them to change their mind. yep truck is fine now.

Well that was until my wife started looking at Caddy's.
