I hear ya and also like the look of the manly Z71s. The other models look too plain :smoke2:. Just bugging KMeloney since you rip on the Z71s ;).

What are the other mods planned?

so you like how the face is not as tall? the other ones look bigger and meatier in front. I am trying to be convinced here, so far the best price and condition combo I have found is a blk on blk 2008 Z71, GM certified, new car bumper to bumper for 1 year, 2.9% financing, etc (it has everything I want... nav, dvd, captain chairs, great leather condition - except round fog lights and the lower plastic shroud). I drove a 2008 LTZ w wood:uhoh2: last night in pretty bad condition, same miles, not certified or any of the GM perks and the Chevy stealership wanted more money for it and wouldn't move on price.

Seriously, driving me crazy:emotions122:

1st mod would have to be interior trim painting if I get wood:uhoh2:
2nd mod early Spring would be black rims with polished lip
3rd mod probably middle of Summer would be red C6 Z06 or silver C6 Grand Sport brake calipers installed with drilled and slotted rotors. I saw this done on a Supercharged Yukon at the Performance and Tune shop I take my Vette too, I almost lost my mind - it was so sick. I does say "Corvette" on them, on a non-Vette - which there will be many haters. But if you are a Vette enthusiast, screw everybody.

Hahaha! Touche. :)

What can I say? I thought the NBS looked too plain without the flares, and the NNBS looks too busy with them. Like the unpainted appliqués on the Yukons, GM has made some changes in the latest body style that I don't quite understand. But, different strokes for different folks. (I think there was a TV show with that theme... Hmm....)

Ok, no more ripping on the Z71 from me. For today. ;)

Humy, yes I do like the Z71 bumper looks wise (skid plate and center gray portion) and function (I do take it offroad and need the clearance). Also with the level kit it looks a lot higher.

Kirk, one day off the Z71 ripping is better than none!
