I just put on some brand new 24" KMC slides mounted with some Nexen roadian tires and I only have about 3500 miles on them and they seem out of balance. It has a good vibration around 60-70 mph.... Any ideas?

I would take them to another shop and have rebalanced.

SW CT,
Remove the wheels and check that the little metal clips that hold on the rotors during production are removed. They will prevent aftermarket wheels from sitting flat to the rotor, factory wheels are machined to fit with them on.

I was going to suggest this too but figured the problem would have been obvious at all speeds from day one. But definitely check into that!
