Not Enough Blow!

I crank up my air, and get hardly any pressure out the vents. My a/c is ice cold and the heater is hot, just no pressure. Any ideas?

IIRC there is a little door for your vents thats down under the radio that has a little actuator on it. they can stick if you ever spill coke or whatever down the vent behind the cup holder. may be a place to start anyway.

does it sound like the fan motor is turning at its regular speed?

Yeah...I pulled the fan out this afternoon and it is blowing fine. I reached into the opening to the left of the fan and pulled out some debris that was in there...not a lot. I was trying to remove all the housing from under the dash, but wasn't having much luck. I was thinking about taking it into my mechanic this week to get it figured out.

Is there a filter under the dash?

i've never heard of or seen a filter under the dash. may be a screen or something on the heater box to keep the crap out of the vents (leaves,etc.)

though this is based off other vehicles, never had the fan out of the truck yet.
