Greetings! I just bought my first GM truck, a 2011 Yukon XL SLT, Storm Gray with the light gray interior. I went to high school with the salesman at the dealer so I got a fantastic deal. I've had numerous Chevys, Fords, Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles, Chryslers, etc but this is my first GMC. We traded a 2013 Town & Country that we bought new for this one. My wife and I have wanted a Suburban/Yukon XL for a long time, but never found one we liked and could afford until we came across this one.
I pretty much grew up in a Tahoe, so that's why I say I'm not new to the family. My parents bought a 1998 LT pretty much new and still drive it--it's up to 200k miles and still strong.
I've already gotten a wealth of information on my new truck from this forum so I look forward to more!
