Dodge Ram 2500. Road conditions were terrible and traffic came to a complete stop on a exit and I got pinned with no where to swerve to

I wanna see pics of the ram lol.
All jokes aside we glad you're ok to mod another day with us !
Same exact thing happened to me a week ago, had nowhere to go and I slid into the rear of a trailblazer. No damage , but I still did crap my pants.

Yes luckily me and my wife walked away with just some soreness and 4yrs of hard work gone. As far as the ram, a small dent in the bumper. My Tahoe was so low compared to it that I basically went right under it.

Good thing out of it all is my buddy who came to the rescue was able to use a few things off of it before it was sent to the salvage yard and I keep some easy take off, major items (all of which are gone now)

Need some input. Going to be repainting my calipers and rear brake drums. What color do you guys think would look good? Leaning towards a dark gunmetal gray.

Second, looking at changing up the silver interior pieces in the truck. Any color recommendations? Wanting maybe a black metallic or also thought about printing up some ebony wood grain vinyl with a matte finish over it.

Also my hids quit on me and kinda wanting to stay away from that world any recommendations on good highs and lows?

I like the silver aluminum that I painted my calipers behind the TBSS and I just went with gloss black on the rotors. I thought about going with a blue to match the paint or red, but in the end I went back to silver this time and I think they look good without being obnoxious behind the spokes. The dark grey could be cool too, but would it get lost a bit? But I like the direction you are going...

Yeah I was just going for a color that looks simple from a distance but when you get up close you really notice it

Gunmetal grey gloss could be a winner. Metallic could be cool, but may be a bit ghetto. IDK. Could color match the WDT as well on the calipers for some real custom work??

Just afraid colormatched would get to dirty. I'd like to keep the drums and rotors the same color. I agree with the metallic maybe looking ghetto

Just spitballing since I just painted mine 2 weeks ago.

I couldn't come up with anything better than what it was before and I had the paint already on hand.

WDT would probably get too dirty. More I think about it I am kind of visualizing the darker grey tones offset behind the Texas reps.

Contrast could give some dimension overall and something different.

Statement without being a STATEMENT. Following me?

I still like black on the drums IMO as they are just there. The calipers are sort of the show piece behind the spokes and the clean painted rotors complement them.
