nyalic spray on clear coat

Anyone heard of it? My dad swears by it and suggested I put it on a new chrome wheels, I'm a lil iffy but I did research it and it seems to be a great spray on clear coat for protection and helps with any corrision of all sort. Second option is poorboys wheel sealant.

Navy uses it so it must work decently!
