O2 sensor problem . PLEASE HELP

I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe. 4x4 lifted. Its throwing a code at the smog shop. I believe bank 1 sensor 2. I have the correct 02 sensor i belive. I looked underneath my truck,. Only 3 snsors i seen. None of which have the same pigtail. How many 02 should there be? If 4 how can i tie in my 4th o2 sensor? any info will help. Thank you

I have a 99 Yukon and i have 4 sensor's. I have one on the left and right side just below the manifold to y pipe connection. There is also one before the cat to muffler flange and one just past the cat to muffler flange. Your probably not seeing the one on the passanger side below the manifold to y pipe flange. Its up high and tight to the firewall.

The connector for the ones below the manifold flange are flat. The ones near the muffler to cat flange are square.

You should have four if I'm not mistaken bank 1 sensor 2 is the upstream sensor on the passenger side pipe

Incorrect the bank 1 sensor 2 is after the catalytic converter for the let side of engine.

use only a delphi or delco sensor.

and yes you have four. also what was the code specifically?
