OBD codes fron 2004 without a scanner?

Did you check all your fuses? Seems like I remember somebody having that problem. May or may not have been the cigarette lighter circuit too, can’t remember. I’d check them all, and if they’re ok, try a different auto store, maybe he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Sounds like a blown cig lighter/accesory fuse under the hood. The obd is on the same circuit. It should be a 15 amp but I don't recall what number fuse. 28 maybe?

Cig ltr 15 amp located on the right side under the relay. Check that fuse, probably blown.
