You need this: https://www.amazon.com/VXDIAG-Tech2Win-Diagnostic-Programming-System/dp/B074365Q6H

Full service 2-way connectivity with BOTH of your vehicles which have different computer systems and this one talks to both of them. Chassis, Engine, Body, SRS, the whole kitten kaboodle.

Wes on here got his to work with a little Dell tablet, you can also use a laptop.

This is a good solution. I purchased one from the same seller, be prepared to have them work on your computer for a while to get it going (13 days for me on a Lenovo Thinkpad T450s and Windows 7). Now that they finished, it works well. I've tested it on my 2006 and my brother's 2014, one uses the Tech 2 emulator, and the other one uses the GDS2 software.

Unfortunately I don’t t have a laptop and already purchased an Innova Scanner. Looked at the reviews and someone stated that the installation CD had some sort of Trojan virus on it! :secret:

I suppose it is a possibility, but it does require changing some windows files to make it work and anytime the windows file system is changed it automatically yells "virus" even if there isn't one, but that is the only way to avoid paying gds's costly subscription fee's. I put it on a dedicated tablet pc that does not have any of my personal info on it. They trojan all dam day if they want to. lol
if you do not disable the windows built in anti-virus during installation then the software will not work right, after I installed it everything works and it still receives updates, no pop ups or ad's or browser re-directs, etc. everything works normal.

The Innova???

No, not the Innova, but the Tech2Win product you had mentioned. I saw in one of the reviews that the installation CD had the Trojan virus in it. I dunno...I don’t have much faith in reviews though.

Yeah, my anti-virus went off too but there was no virus on the discs. Regardless, they are not needed either to operate the Tech-2 or program modules. They are only to run legacy software that has little use anymore.
