I think its something you can maybe get from the dealer still? I know you can get it through LMC still its listed in there catalog

don't have any more at the moment, have been sidetracked with a ton of parts for the new to me other truck and haven't had a chance to pull any.

last i heard you can still get them from the dealer but they were a little expensive? may be wrong.
