It is the angle that can kill it because the joint gets too much stress from turning it. There is a company that can sell you a $500 half shaft that can take the extreme angles but that is a grand for a pair.

whatever about the ProComp 6" lift that 4wheelparts? back in 2002, i had a 1993 2 door blazer.. took it to 4wheelparts in Santa Ana CA, and got the procomp special they had going on.. plus 35" tires.. any opinions on this kit?

thinking about getting it for my 1996 2 door

Seems like rough country is the go to for our rigs. Every obs i see has rough country. Although there is one in my town that must have a pro comp lift cause he has the skid plate with the holes and i cant find that anywhere. I know in the Jeep world rough country is kinda the get what you pay for suspension but ive never used them and lots of shops seem to like their warranty.

Idk if this thread is still active or not but here's my dads old 99 Denali on a 12 inch lift. (9 inch lift and a 3 inch body lift) No idea what brand the lift was but I have looked everywhere and cannot pinpoint what lift it is exactly, which makes me believe it's a custom made lift. Any thoughts on what it could be??
