I am also planning on buying a set from them also. Kind of wondering how they are too. Also i wonder if you call them and ask for free shipping, would do it?

Hello I am new to the forum & thanks for starting this thread I was about to start an exact same one

I would go with option 1

since I am also looking to get this oe wheels..

But the ones I want are called SF1 & they are up for $1800 on this web site For my 16 Yukon will try to post pic...

I called my local rim shop they quoted me $1200 with tires.. Ow I am wondering why are they able to sell it for so cheap..

Also wondering if they weight more than the original ones.. & what other negatives effect they could have since they are not original..

I bought a set of 22" Escalade wheels from them and was very happy with the wheels and their service/delivery

While my wheels have held up well in the year I've had them, the plating/chroming on the center caps didnt. All 4 are now streaked with copper where the coating process didn't take properly. When I break down and really clean them I can see runs in the coating and minor imperfections.

Thanks for all the replies guys.

Spoke to a tire shop and apparently OE Wheels and OE Creations are two separate companies basically making the same wheels. He had stated they had issues with OE Wheels specifically with the Chrome and no longer will rep their wheels and is now using OE Creations.

Anyone know if this is true? I am looking at the black powder coat wheels anyway but it still speaks to the quality of their product.

Hey There,

I was reading your post and wanted to give you some 1st hand information.
Thank you for considering OE Wheels. All of our products come with a 1 year finish warranty and lifetime structural warranty. Our American Made Chrome PVD Wheels are coated in the USA, by the same coater that provides PVD coating for domestic car manufacturers. All of our American made products are indicated as such, by the American flag icon in the wheel image.

We have tried PVD chrome from our overseas manufacturers, but have not been satisfied with the coating, so all of our overseas wheels have been reverted back to the traditional, 3 step chroming process. Again, we stand behind all of our products and look forward to assisting you.

Feel free to give me a call with any questions. I am happy to personally help you with this purchase. 941-921-0065 ext 315
