Looks like $206.04 to hold it at a Fedex location. Not sure how that's different than a non-residential delivery...one at a store, the other to a shipping center I guess?

Difference is FedEx doesn't alway go to a non-residential location, but they will always go to a FedEx location for pickups daily.

Fedex Ground: $196.44 (Non-residential delivery) $219.04 (residential)

UPS Ground: $214.52 (non-residential) $225.56 (residential)

I did this in a hurry so I'd have to double check everything. Feel free to do this yourself, from 05001.

Yes, they come with caps and sensors. The only thing you'll need are lugs nuts. If you're interested, send me your email address and I can send you some detailed pics and we can talk more.
