Off Road Dad Mobile - Mojave Run

So got invited on a Raptor run through the NV Mojave Preserve - total of 170 miles off road and a 400 mile round trip. Did this 2 years ago in the Z71 Tahoe but this year in the Yukon. I only have 285/65/20 Nitto Tires and 1" lift for air ride on the truck via linkage change. Have a bunch of dif lights for night time and so its easier to see one another as sometimes we space out by 1-2min and with 6 cars it can be miles apart. FYI i have the 2023 AT4 6.2L

Dude.....that's awesome! Keep us updated, I love overllanding with my Denali. It's not as cool, or trail rated as your AT4, but it's been to some pretty cool spots over the years.

How fast are you driving to cover the miles? Do you do dispersed camping, etc?

Interested as well. We're going out there at some point - still have to get to Nixon's and Reagan's libraries in LA. As we'll be in the vicinity, I'll be looking for photos as well as the drive.

Sorry didnt update this. Trip again was great. Kept up with the Raptors well at about 75% their pace so they waited for me sometimes by a few minutes. But then again they have 14" of suspension travel and a lot more goodies. No issues for me at all this year. Awesome photo and great video too! I’d love to hear more about your light bars and any other mods. Did you have extra fuel on board, and if so how was it mounted? How about how you have those recovery boards mounted: really looks slick!
