Nasty, it does suck that it is that dirty. I normally clean it a few times a year, but I started flaking it after my last wheel swap in Jan. 2012 because it is too much work for a car that will be gone soon. If keeping it clean made the resale better, I would definitely keep on. But since I will take a pretty decent hit, that's the next owners issue.
